What Amsha is

Amsha computes Jyotish (sidereal) birth charts from real astronomical positions and writes interpretations of them. The positions are measured facts. The interpretations are a reflective lens drawn from a classical tradition — and are labelled as such, claim by claim.

What Amsha is not

Amsha does not predict the future and is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Readings, daily reflections, and compatibility scores are for reflection and entertainment. Decisions about your health, money, relationships, or life belong to you and, where it matters, to qualified professionals. A low compatibility score does not doom a relationship; a high one guarantees nothing.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter and for keeping access to your sign-in email. Your full reading is generated once per chart and stored to your account; it does not regenerate as you change nothing about the past.

Subscriptions

Amsha Plus is an optional monthly subscription billed through your App Store account. It renews automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings, effective at the end of the current period. Billing, refunds, and price changes are handled by Apple under their terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Amsha to harass anyone, to cast charts of people in order to target or deceive them, or to misrepresent Amsha's output as fact or prophecy. We may close accounts that do.

Intellectual property

Your birth data and your readings are yours. The Amsha software, brand, and designs are ours. You may share your own reading and share cards freely.

Liability

Amsha is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on astrological interpretation — see “What Amsha is not.”
